From the Support Desk: EQ Waste Toner Bottle

If you don't have an extra EQ Waste Toner Bottle on your shelf, ask your sales rep to add one to your next order. This part doesn't need to be replaced very often, but without it you cannot print. It is worth it to add this ~$14 part to your next order to avoid those overnight shipping charges when printing grinds to a halt. When your printer warns your waste toner is "near full" make sure you get your order in if you don't have a backup. We do not advise trying to clean or empty out a full bottle--it won't work and could cause damage to your printer.
