Job Description:
Interested in working in a fast fast-paced, creative environment for a leading digital imaging kiosk company? Lucidiom is seeking a Coordinator who will be responsible for managing existing digital graphical content and products and executing and implementing content launches. You will work closely with the development, support and product managers to ensure that we ship a high-quality product to our customers. If you are organized, nit-picky, pay attention to details are a good written and oral communicator, are at ease navigating your way around a computer and are comfortable shuffling xml, html, css or other light-code, we want you! An eye for design, color and any familiarity with Photoshop are bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and test new designs for digital printed products (products like photo books, calendars & greeting cards)
- Convert designs into formats usable on Lucidiom kiosks and website.
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards for digital content.
- Document content process and requirements for outside users.
- Participate in design and content reviews.
- Identify and track bugs internally and with OEM partners.
- Work with support department to identify and reproduce customer issues.
- Manage internal and external RFPs for content changes and adjustment.
- Train retailers and Design Alliance partners on Lucidiom’s content system.
Requirements:
- Experience with XML format is highly desired. If you are comfortable working in CSS or HTML, or other light programming language, you’ll be fine.
- Highly motivated and independent worker who is not shy at tackling tasks they do not immediately understand.
- Strong testing and debugging skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across departments and teams.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to juggle several different projects simultaneously in order to meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to run a training class for small groups.
- Experience using Photoshop is a plus.
